Project Control and Change Management

Managing change is vital for a project’s success. This course will help you plan for and manage changes on projects. Managing scope, and meeting customer expectations are a major part of a project manager’s work. Participants learn the key elements of a project control system as well as how to master scope control, track changes and define reporting mechanisms.
