The program will focus on the growing importance of the role of company secretaries in dealing with Board of Directors and shareholders with regard to corporate governance.

It will show how company secretaries could assist the directors and other non-executive director’s discharge their responsibilities particularly with regard to shareholders communications and in particular the need for transparency.
