Geophysics for Geologists

This five-day course is designed for petroleum geologists wishing to gain seismic data interpretation skills for both structural and stratigraphic objectives. The session provides a detailed review and discussion of contemporary seismic methods, and includes a workstation demonstration to assist participants to appreciate the important uses of this modern technology. Petroleum geologists of all experience levels will benefit from this course by adding seismic interpretation to their technical skills portfolio. The course is non-mathematical in its treatment of the topic.
